Boxset.ai — SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

About this messaging program

Boxset.ai sends SMS text messages to customers who provide their mobile number and opt in. Messages are conversational and transactional in nature, specifically: email deliverability and sending-reputation alerts, inbox warm-up and account updates, and replies to questions you send us. Boxset.ai does not send messages to purchased lists and does not send cold outreach.

How you opt in (consent)

You provide your express consent to receive SMS from Boxset.ai when you:

• enter your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our intake, contact, or booking form; or
• give us your number and agree to texts during a call or in person; or
• text our business number first to start a conversation.

The consent language presented at sign-up reads: "I agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from Boxset.ai at the phone number I provided above for email deliverability and sending-reputation alerts, inbox warm-up and account updates, and replies to questions you send us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency is low (typically 0-4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to cancel, HELP for help."

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on your activity with us, typically 0-4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out — reply STOP

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages. You may opt back in at any time by texting START.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We never sell or rent your mobile phone number, and mobile information collected for SMS is used solely to deliver the messages described above.
